SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation.
This is the time it takes for your tracking number to be issued. Once
issued, it can take a further 2 to 3 days for tracking information to
show movement online — this is normal and does not mean your order has
not shipped.

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it is
available.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer free tracked shipping on every order, with no minimum spend
required.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery across Australia typically takes 10 to 20 business days from
the date your order is dispatched. This estimate reflects international
transit time and can occasionally be extended by customs processing
beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your dispatch
confirmation, please contact us at hello@tegulane.com with your order
number and we will look into it for you.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices shown at checkout include applicable import duties and GST
for delivery within Australia. You will not be charged any additional
fees on delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you can track it using the link in your shipping
confirmation email, or via our Track Order page. Please allow 48 hours
after dispatch for tracking information to become available.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an
incorrect address provided at the time of order. If you notice an error,
contact us at hello@tegulane.com as soon as possible — we can make
changes only before the order has been dispatched.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your
order appears to be lost in transit, contact us at hello@tegulane.com and
we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund
if the package cannot be located.
