These Terms of Service govern your use of tegulane.com (the "Site") and
your purchase of products from Tegulane, operated by DHS Ecom Digital
Group LLC, EIN 42-4810845, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St Petersburg, FL
33702, USA ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If
you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your
jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable
import duties and GST for delivery within Australia, unless otherwise
stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice,
though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We make reasonable efforts to display products and colours accurately,
but cannot guarantee your device's display is accurate.

3. ORDERS AND FULFILMENT

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically
takes 10 to 20 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates,
not guarantees, and can be affected by customs processing beyond our
control.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including
suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel
an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full
payment card details. By providing payment information, you confirm you
are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon delivery
to the carrier.

is the property of Tegulane or its licensors and is protected by
applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute,
or create derivative works from this content without our written
permission.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt
unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the Site's
operation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tegulane and DHS Ecom Digital
Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of
products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer
guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights
under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

If you are purchasing as a consumer in Australia, our products come with
guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You
are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are
also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be
of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA,
without regard to conflict of law principles, except where Australian
Consumer Law applies to protect you as a consumer purchasing from
Australia, in which case those protections will apply regardless of this
clause.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once
posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes
acceptance.
